Bodywork and Clinical Manual Therapy

Clinical Manual Therapy is a specialized technique developed by Dr. Gregory Lawton focuses on the function and strength of tissues to create a structurally balanced body. Sessions consist of alignment testing, resistance, stretching, stability training, and manual therapy.

Some other techniques are applied including, sports cupping, kinesiology taping, infrared spot treatment, napropathic techniques (stretching deep intrinsic muscles to increase movement). Joy worked with the Colorado Rockies and Sky Sox baseball teams for ten years and continues to support athletes to increase their endurance, strength, and recovery times. She has also worked with professional cyclists, skiers, runners, and weekend warriors.
