Bodywork and Clinical Manual Therapy
Clinical Manual Therapy is a specialized technique developed by Dr. Gregory Lawton and focuses on the function and strength of tissues to create a structurally balanced body. Sessions consist of alignment testing, resistance, stretching, stability training, and manual therapy.
Some other techniques are applied, including: sports cupping, kinesiology taping, infrared spot treatment, and napropathic techniques (stretching deep intrinsic muscles to increase movement).
Joy has worked with the Colorado Rockies and Sky Sox baseball teams for 10 years and continues to support athletes to increase their endurance, strength, and recovery times. She has also worked with professional cyclists, skiers, runners, and weekend warriors.
