Meet Xanthe Alexis
Xanthe Alexis is the daughter of Georgi Gochis and has been practicing the healing arts at their wellness center since its inception. She is a yoga instructor, birth educator, doula, somatic trauma resolution therapist, manual lymph therapist, and is a lineage holder of an eastern modality technique for structural integration.
Xanthe specializes in pre-and post surgery care and pain management, and her structural integration technique is specialized in foot alignment. She utilizes a light touch, resistant stretching and acupressure to create long lasting pain management and structural rebalancing.
Xanthe has also been studying shamanistic journey work with her spiritual teacher and friend to Manitou Wellness Center John Godfrey for 15 years.
She also is an herbal and Bach flower practitioner. Educated in tincture making and formulation by Sage Apothecary. Xanthe uses her many years of education and experience to bring a holistic approach to even the most complex healing cases.
