Tragedy influenced Georgi Gochis to make a drastic career change in 2000.
The premature passing of her 16-year-old daughter, Brie, who suffered from pulmonary hypertension, led Gochis to seek out alternative medicine to help alleviate grief.
Years later, she now offers that same treatment at the Manitou Wellness Center, which re-opened on March 1. The center previously operated in Manitou Springs from 2003 to 2009. It’s now located at 1923 West Colorado Avenue.
